It’s no secret that finding your perfect bed or mattress can take time. With such a wide variety of quality products on offer, and every purchase being unique to the requirements and preferences of the buyer, the process of short-listing your top choices can often become time-consuming and challenging. This is where our product trials and rentals can come in handy!

Try Before You Buy

European Bedding understands that every one of our customers is unique, and as a result, our team of sleep care experts offer the flexibility to try before you buy, ensuring you are happy with our products ahead of any purchase. Most of our products are available to trial at our showrooms in Cottesloe or Balcatta. If you are unable to visit us in-store, we can arrange in-home trials on selected products. However, we do encourage a showroom visit as often other options that may not have been considered can be a better solution.

Product Trials – Mattresses

We provide the option to trial our range of quality healthcare mattresses, giving you the freedom to find the right mattress for your comfort and pressure care needs. Our product trials give you the flexibility to find your perfect match.

IN-HOME TRIALS: Since it is important to trial any new mattress on top of the bed where it will stay and be used, we offer in-home mattress trials in the comfort of your own home. This option is available only on selected healthcare mattresses, so should you wish to see our complete range, we suggest visiting our showroom or warehouse – don’t forget to book an appointment in advance!

TIME PERIOD: Whilst in-store trials don’t take long, in-home trials can often last between 1-2 weeks, or even up to a few weeks for some of our specialised mattresses, as it can take this long to really feel and experience the benefits of our premier range.

CHARGES: For all in-home healthcare mattress trials, we charge a delivery fee and rental fee, as well as a cleaning and collection fee if we take the mattress back – pricing depends on which mattress is trialled.

Product Trials – Beds

If you’re unsure which bed is the perfect option for you, our extensive range of quality custom beds can be trialled ahead of purchase. Bed trials are available in-store at our showrooms in Cottesloe or Balcatta. In-home bed trials may be arranged with your allied health clinician where circumstances dictate an inability to visit our showroom, giving you total flexibility to find the right bed frame according to your specific needs.

IN-HOME TRIALSs: For the purposes of obtaining NDIS approval to purchase a bed, an in-store demo or trial with an allied professional will for example satisfy the NDIS requirements. If you are unable to come to the showroom for a trial, we will work with you to arrange a bed trial in your home.

TIME PERIOD: A 1-week in-home trial is usually enough time to test a bed before buying, however, we can work with you to ensure you have enough time to make the best decision. If you are looking at booking a bed trial with us, we invite you to contact us ahead of requesting a booking.

CHARGES: There is a delivery fee and rental fee charged for in-home bed trials, and if we need to take back the bed, a cleaning and collection fee will apply, with final pricing depending on the model of bed being trialled.

Rentals – Beds

If our product trial options aren’t quite right for you, we can offer the freedom to rent one of our beds from our extensive range. Whilst rentals aren’t available on our full range of beds, we can work with you to tailor a rental plan that meets your requirements.

We understand you may not always be able to come to our store to conduct a trial, so we can offer long-term and short-term rentals at home depending on your circumstances.
